'Rozanne' features gorgeous violet-blue, cup-shaped flowers that are nearly 2" in size with white centers and purple-violet veins. These beautiful flowers appear all summer long over spreading dark green, slightly marbled foliage. 'Rozanne' was the 2008 Perennial Plant Association's Perennial Plant of the Year.
