Description

The only grass to have ever been voted the Perennial Plant Association's Perennial Plant of the Year (2001). Karl Foerster stands a slender 4-6' tall and adds a wonderful vertical element to the garden. It features large, dense clumps of narrow, flattened green leaves with reddish-brown flowering plumes that bloom in early summer. A must for the small garden.
